📋 Description
• Review all estimates and supporting documentation submitted by contractors/adjusters • Ensure estimates follow client and regulatory requirements • Serve as a subject matter expert on property restoration scope
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in building construction from an accredited college or university preferred • Experience in interior and exterior property restoration, roofing, water mitigation, mold remediation, fire and smoke damage restoration • IICRC certification preferred
