📋 Description

• Develop, manage, and grow a portfolio of foundation partners and prospects • Build and manage a portfolio of 20–35 foundation partners and prospective partners • Identify and qualify 20–30 new foundation prospects annually • Initiate, cultivate, and steward relationships with foundation program officers and staff • Pursue grant renewals, expanded funding, and multi-year partnerships • Lead development of Letters of Inquiry, grant proposals, and supporting materials • Manage the grant lifecycle, including proposal submissions, grant reports, and funding compliance • Partner with Development Officers and collaborate with Program, Field, Finance, and Marketing & Communications teams • Contribute to foundation funding strategy through portfolio analysis and continuous improvement • Maintain accurate CRM records, portfolio activity, and reporting • Prioritize workload to ensure excellent stewardship, timely execution, and quality portfolio engagement • Attend meetings and task force groups and participate in organization-wide projects • No direct supervisory responsibility

🎯 Requirements

• Strong faith in Jesus Christ as Savior; God-honoring lifestyle • Passion for the Word of God and provision of the Word for every people group • Championing Seed Company’s vision, mission, and values • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Fundraising, or similar field • 5+ years of experience in foundation fundraising, grants management, or institutional partnerships • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently • Self-motivated and self-directed • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team • Up to 25% domestic travel, with occasional international travel
