📋 Description

• Support the planning, design, and construction of water treatment and wastewater treatment projects • Develop creative solutions to complex water and wastewater treatment and conveyance challenges • Work closely with engineers, designers, and other professionals • Collaborate with multi-discipline teams to deliver innovative project solutions • Build and strengthen client relationships with experienced project managers • Scope and budget new drinking and wastewater facility projects • Manage multiple projects simultaneously

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering, or a related field • Licensed Professional Engineer or ability to obtain within six months • Experience designing and constructing municipal, state, federal, or industrial drinking water or wastewater treatment projects • Knowledge of water/wastewater treatment systems, equipment, and regulations • Preferred: eight years of experience designing and/or managing wastewater treatment or conveyance projects • Preferred: eight years of experience designing and/or managing drinking water projects, including treatment, wells and pumphouses, storage facilities, booster stations, and distribution systems • Knowledge of regional water and wastewater issues and familiarity with the municipal government client base • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines • Ability to scope and budget new drinking and wastewater facility projects • Proficiency in project management software and tools • Must reside in MN, WI, IA, NE, KS, or TX • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future
