📋 Description

• Define the AI for Financial Services roadmap • Translate customer, market, and regulatory needs into clear product requirements • Partner with the core AI team on financial-services search, retrieval, relevance, and explainability requirements • Develop segment-specific requirements across asset management, wealth management, banking, and insurance • Drive requirements for AI compliance capabilities supporting governed content, personalized engagement, and regulated client workflows • Coordinate execution with Product, Engineering, Design, AI, Compliance, Content Automation, Digital Outreach, Analytics, and customer-facing teams • Define financial-services engagement and content insight requirements with Analytics • Validate high-value financial-services use cases • Convert customer and SME feedback into prioritized roadmap decisions and product requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Experience defining product requirements for enterprise SaaS platforms supporting AI-enabled workflows in regulated environments • Hands-on AI development experience desired • Passion for AI and financial services • Ability to translate financial-services terminology, compliance needs, and workflow context into actionable product requirements • Ability to synthesize input from SMEs, customers, GTM, compliance, and product teams • Working fluency in investment products, vehicles, approvals, disclosures, and eligibility rules • Ability to reason through regulated content, compliance, supervision, archival, and audit workflows • Practical AI fluency and hands-on exposure to AI development concepts • Ability to drive financial-services requirements, clarify roadmap priorities, and coordinate execution with core AI and cross-functional teams • Strength in customer discovery, prototype validation, prioritization, and tradeoff communication
