📋 Description

• Clean and organize data according to structured instructions • Identify duplicates, inconsistencies, and missing fields • Validate data accuracy • Perform repetitive data-processing tasks while maintaining accuracy • Communicate proactively when instructions or data are unclear

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled student in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, Systems Engineering, Economics, or a related field • Intermediate Excel: pivot tables, basic formulas (VLOOKUP, IF, COUNTIF), and data formatting • Ability to follow structured instructions for data cleaning and organization, including spotting duplicates, inconsistencies, and missing fields • Basic understanding of databases or CRMs • Attention to detail for data cleaning and validation work • Organization and ability to follow repetitive processes without losing accuracy • Proactive communication and willingness to ask questions when unclear • Basic to intermediate English, sufficient to read simple technical documentation and write short emails
