📋 Description

• Collaborating with other teams to define requirements. • Iterating on design solutions and contributing expertise for various digital products. • Creating digital assets for websites and apps, social media, display advertising, and eCommerce. • Testing and optimizing digital assets based on their performance. • Staying up to date on industry trends and participating in design discussions. • Quickly translating ideas into sketches, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. • Creating email designs for Email Direct Marketing campaigns and coordinating creation of email templates in HTML. • Designing and developing homepages, landing pages, and email concepts. • Researching industry trends to present ideas for digital innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in the design thinking process, agile development, and lean startup methodologies. • Experience working in a collaborative team environment. • Experience working directly with developers to implement designs. • Expertise with standard digital design tools, including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, etc. • Working knowledge of CSS and HTML. • Photo and video editing expertise. • Strong knowledge of current digital design best practices and web production techniques. • Experience with user-centered design, rapid prototyping, and user testing. • A good understanding of visual design principles. • Experience creating digital assets for a variety of target audiences. • Strong portfolio showing the breadth of digital design capabilities.
