📋 Description

• Lead daily programming operations to meet production schedules and customer demand • Ensure programs are accurate, efficient, and production-ready across all CNC platforms • Improve programming success each period (day, week, month) • Establish and enforce simple, consistent programming standards and best practices • Monitor Fast Pass and production data to identify issues and improve performance • Work with the Process Architect to refine and scale programming processes • Partner with Engineering, Production, and Quality to align programming with manufacturing needs • Support new part launches from prototype through production • Drive improvements in cycle time, first-pass yield, and overall throughput • Supervise, develop and mentor programmers to build a fast, reliable team

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years CNC machining experience (mills and lathes) • 5+ years CNC programming experience • 3+ years leadership experience • Proficient in CAM software (Mastercam, Hypermill, or similar) • Strong understanding of GD&T, tooling, and multi-axis machining
