• Support the execution and documentation of IT governance processes, including preparing meeting materials, capturing minutes, and tracking action items for governance boards. • Assist in compiling compliance records, updating roadmaps, and coordinating communications across teams. • Contribute to review and refinement efforts for policies, procedures, and governance documentation, supporting organizational transparency and continuous process improvement. • Support the transformation and operations of IT Governance. • Work with IT Governance Team to refine and enhance IT Governance Board (ITGB) strategy, processes, and activities. • Work with IT Governance Team to update and integrate CR processes and procedures with broader IT Governance. • Assist with redesigning the Architecture Review Board (ARB) and implement automation. • Work with IT Governance Team to refresh DMCC processes in conjunction with new IT governance. • Act as the bridge between technical IT team and leadership, creating frameworks to ensure technology is used efficiently, securely, and ethically.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology related field plus two (2) years of professional IT experience. • Must be able to successfully complete, pass, and maintain a public trust investigation. • Proficiency in the comprehension and application of industry standards and best practice data governance and data management theories, principles, practices, and methodologies. • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving abilities. • 2+ years’ experience in data governance, data analysis, data management, preferably in a large enterprise environment. • Excellent written/verbal skills, translating technical info, stakeholder management. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
