📋 Description

• Analyze existing SAP BusinessObjects reports, including Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports, and universes • Redesign and rebuild reports in QlikView and/or Qlik Sense • Debug and troubleshoot legacy BusinessObjects reports and newly developed Qlik applications • Re-engineer SQL, scripts, expressions, and outdated report logic according to Qlik best practices • Validate migrated reports against source BusinessObjects output for accuracy and parity • Document migration mappings, logic changes, and known discrepancies • Collaborate with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and confirm report specifications • Optimize Qlik data models and load scripts for improved performance

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience developing and maintaining SAP BusinessObjects reports, including Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports, and Universe Design • Strong hands-on experience with Qlik Sense and/or QlikView, including data modeling, set analysis, scripting, and expressions • Solid SQL skills for querying, troubleshooting, and data validation • Ability to debug and re-engineer existing code and reports • Experience with data migration or platform transition projects • Understanding of ETL and data modeling concepts • Strong attention to detail for data validation and quality assurance • Experience with NPrinting or other Qlik reporting extensions is nice to have • Familiarity with Python or VBScript is nice to have • Knowledge of relational databases, including Oracle and SQL Server, is nice to have • Comfortable working independently in ambiguous, legacy-code environments • Strong communication skills for explaining technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders • Detail-oriented and methodical approach to validation and testing
