📋 Description

• Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of tax engagements. • Lead a team of tax professionals, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tax returns. • Provide strategic tax planning advice to clients. • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships. • Work with the partner in delivering planning opportunities and tax solutions to clients. • Play a key role in business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities for growth and expanding client base.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field is required. • CPA or EA license is required. • 7-8+ years of experience preparing and reviewing tax returns required. • Master's degree in accounting, tax, or related field is preferred. • Manage tax compliance, planning, and consulting services for HNW individuals, families, estates, and trusts. • Manage and review complex tax returns, including corporate, partnership, individual, gift, estate, and trust tax filings. • Conduct tax research and stay up to date with federal, state, and local tax laws. • Devise innovative solutions for complex tax issues, leveraging deep understanding of tax laws and regulations. • Implement and maintain rigorous quality control procedures throughout all stages of client engagements. • Identify areas for improvement in firm processes and take proactive steps to address operational inefficiencies. • Ensure adherence to professional standards with existing clients to deepen engagement and drive additional business opportunities. • Expand the firm's client base by networking within the business community and leveraging personal and professional connections. • Mentor, train, and develop junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development. • Collaborate with partners and senior managers on complex tax matters and firm initiatives.
