📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive Medical Nutrition Therapy across diverse patient populations • Develop individualized care plans and use motivational interviewing to drive patient engagement • Manage a full patient schedule • Complete timely documentation of patient care and follow-up tasks in Healthie (EMR) • Collaborate with colleagues and care team members to ensure continuity of patient support • Engage in ongoing professional development • Refine clinical, counseling, and leadership skills for advancement within structured career pathways

🎯 Requirements

• Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential required • Licensed in WA • Outpatient MNT experience preferred, but driven new grads are welcome • Advanced clinical judgment and independence in managing a variety of patient cases • Strong communication and counseling skills • Proficiency in Healthie (EMR), Hive (task management), and Google Workspace • Comfort working in a Mac-based environment • Strong general computer literacy • Adaptability and professionalism in balancing patient care, administrative tasks, and professional development • Demonstrated alignment with Sensibly Sprouted’s mission, vision, and core values • Prolonged periods of sitting and computer work
