📋 Description

• Support executive leadership and Vice Presidents within the enterprise-wide analytic community • Help lead and coordinate major cross-functional analytics and governance initiatives • Support Sentara's strategic goals and Enterprise Analytics divisional goals • Provide guidance on developing key analytic models, dashboards, and strategic reporting • Coordinate cross-functional analytics activities • Develop and administer enterprise-level data governance functions • Guide stakeholders and shape analytic direction • Influence decisions and present recommendations to leaders

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of business acumen (Required) • Master's degree (Preferred) • 5 years of statistical analysis experience (Preferred) • 2 years of project management experience (Preferred) • 5 years of analytics experience (Preferred) • 5 years of healthcare industry experience (Preferred) • Understanding of data exploration and visualization techniques • Understanding of statistical and non-statistical modeling and optimization for predictive and prescriptive analytics • Understanding of analytic programming • Understanding of database management, including master data management, data quality, ETL, storage, processing, and cloud computing • Understanding of healthcare electronic medical record, billing, imaging, productivity, and financial systems • Business acumen in finance, accounting, operations, management, and marketing • Ability to guide stakeholders, shape analytic direction, influence decisions, and present recommendations to leaders • Knowledge of enterprise analytics, strategy, quality, finance, operations, value-based care, and cross-functional initiatives
