📋 Description

• Develop and maintain enterprise dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions using Power BI. • Build and optimize data models, ETL processes, and data pipelines utilizing SQL and Databricks. • Leverage Epic Clarity and healthcare data sources to deliver meaningful business insights. • Lead and support enterprise data governance and data quality initiatives. • Create automated monitoring, anomaly detection, and surveillance reporting solutions. • Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and drive data-informed decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required • Master's Degree preferred • 5+ years of business acumen experience required • 5+ years of analytics experience preferred • 5+ years of healthcare industry experience preferred • 5+ years of statistical analysis experience preferred • Advanced Power BI development experience • SQL, ETL, and Data Engineering expertise • Databricks experience • Epic Clarity healthcare reporting experience • Strong data governance and data quality mindset • Experience with surveillance, fraud detection, compliance, or investigative analytics • Knowledge of predictive analytics, statistical analysis, and data visualization.
