📋 Description
• Serve as the senior technical resource during assigned shifts • Monitor and manage electrical, mechanical, and environmental systems • Lead response to alarms, events, and abnormal conditions • Conduct detailed facility walkthroughs and validate system performance • Lead shift turnovers and status communications • Operate and maintain UPS, generators, switchgear, ATS/STS, PDUs, and RPPs • Lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities • Enforce LOTO, electrical safety, arc-flash, and PPE requirements
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent • 5+ years of experience in data center or mission-critical operations • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems • Ability to read one-line diagrams and OEM documentation
