📋 Description

• Partner with customers throughout the full delivery lifecycle of AI Agents on the Moveworks ServiceNow Platform, including vision lock, solution design and architecture, building, tuning, and launch • Architect, design, and consult with customers to develop high-impact technical AI solutions for complex business challenges • Integrate the Moveworks ServiceNow Platform with customer enterprise systems securely and performantly • Collaborate with engineering and product teams on new product rollouts • Synthesize customer feedback and technical gaps to influence product decisions • Consult customers and shape their Agentic AI roadmaps • Create architecture diagrams, solution proposals, product documentation, statements of work, presentations, and demos • Serve as a trusted advisor by providing strategic direction and upskilling customer teams • Share effective solutions as reusable templates with the broader team

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a technical role such as Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Customer Success Engineer, Solutions Architect, Consulting Engineer, or Software Engineer; or an advanced degree with 6+ years • Ability to operate across multiple business functions or technical domains • Experience designing, building, and launching full-stack workflows and automations • Experience with REST APIs, iPaaS automation such as Workato, Azure Functions, AWS Lambdas, ServiceNow Flow Designer, or scripting languages including Python, JavaScript, and Golang • Ability to determine methods and procedures independently and exercise strong judgment on complex cross-functional problems • Experience leading projects and coordinating team members • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time • Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk, Zendesk, Workday, or Okta is preferred • Familiarity with Linux and Windows environments and command-line tools is preferred • Track record of driving technical adoption with medium to large-sized enterprise projects is preferred • Current knowledge of AI tools and frameworks and their thoughtful application to reliable, scalable solutions is preferred
