📋 Description

• Define and own the vision for ServiceTitan's accounting platform • Build AI-powered accounting features for businesses at different stages of financial maturity • Provide thought leadership, strategic clarity, and communication on accounting product strategy and roadmap • Collaborate with engineering, design, finance, and go-to-market teams • Identify opportunities to simplify the product and deliver results through end-to-end ownership • Partner with customers to validate direction, build trust, and translate pain points into product insights and value • Lead, grow, and advocate for a team of product managers • Set standards for rigor, customer empathy, and business impact • Define and monitor metrics including product quality, adoption, customer sentiment, and business outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience • Leadership experience in B2B SaaS environments • Deep accounting domain expertise • Understanding of GL structures and AP/AR workflows • Experience with ERP systems such as Spectrum, Sage, QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar • Construction or field services accounting experience is a strong plus • Proven ability to own complex, cross-functional product areas with upstream and downstream architectural effects • Strong judgment regarding AI applications in accounting workflows • Influential leadership and stakeholder alignment skills • Excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences • Customer engagement experience • A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience • MBA or graduate degree is a plus but not required
