📋 Description

• Work with client stakeholders and team members to gather requirements and translate them for technical delivery • Assist with and coordinate client demos, testing, and workshops • Advocate for quality and change management while applying ServiceNow industry standards • Provide continuous documentation of requirements and relevant project information • Develop a strong understanding of implemented solutions and customers’ businesses • Help drive the ServiceNow project lifecycle across virtual teams

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years of your career working with ServiceNow customers • Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with client stakeholders • Skills in relationship building, business process improvements, requirements gathering, defining ideal client solutions, and supporting organizational change management • Ability to automate and streamline project lifecycles using traditional (waterfall) and agile project methodologies • Familiarity with basic administration of the ServiceNow platform; CSA preferred • Familiarity with the ITIL framework • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time • Passion for doing the right thing and adding value
