📋 Description

• Promote and sell SERVPRO franchise services in the assigned territory while meeting or exceeding sales goals • Grow the customer base through route selling, prospect identification, relationship cultivation, customer contact, visits, and follow-up • Use SERVPRO Key Differentiators and Emergency Ready Plan materials to market services and sell their benefits • Provide clear and accurate pretesting, service scopes, and job estimates • Monitor and follow up on assigned jobs to ensure customer needs are met • Direct all operations of designated commercial large loss projects as the primary point of contact for materially interested parties • Prepare mobilization of resources using loss details • Conduct project-site walk-throughs focused on safety, business interruption needs, customer concerns, stabilization, and emergency services • Establish safety, stabilization, business interruption, and emergency services plans • Communicate progress and next steps to customers and stakeholders • Direct assigned personnel and account for all work and time • Develop project scopes, resource timelines, organizational charts, milestones, tasks, and work orders • Review the scope with the Project Coordinator/Owner before client submission • Conduct daily management and end-of-day meetings • Ensure project operations are completed, documented, and communicated properly • Address customer needs, evaluate project progress, and provide problem-solving solutions • Coordinate client education, marketing, entertainment, professional association, and networking events • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Education in Project Management, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work-related experience • Experience in property and casualty claim adjusting and/or restoration or reconstruction, including commercial large loss • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications • Xactimate and Time and Materials software proficiency is a plus • Detailed-oriented with emphasis on project management • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to present information to individuals and groups • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills for workforce utilization and documentation • Advanced problem-solving skills for complex scheduling, demanding customer requests, and conflict resolution • Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly and professionally • IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT), Applied Structural Drying (ASD), and Commercial Drying Specialist certifications, or ability to obtain them within two years of employment • Ability to travel extensively by automobile and/or airplane • Valid driver's license
