📋 Description

• Assist in setting up projects in client and/or company project management systems • Upload and organize required project documentation • Update project status and key milestone dates under project team direction • Draft, distribute, and track contracts, purchase orders, and change orders • Maintain organized project files and documentation throughout projects • Verify and process payment documentation for contractors and vendors • Collect, coordinate, and submit project close-out materials • Assemble and distribute reports for internal and external stakeholders • Assist program management teams supporting construction projects for national brands • Gain exposure to project management processes, tools, and the construction lifecycle from real estate planning through closeout

🎯 Requirements

• In progress: 4-year degree in construction management, business management, or related field, seeking project coordinator or project management positions post-graduation • Strong verbal and written communication skills with project teams, management, clients, contractors, and vendors • Ability to work in a remote setting • Ability to prioritize and handle a diverse workload • Proactive desire to learn and ambition to excel • Strong attention to detail • Ability to tolerate ambiguity and work effectively within a diverse workplace • Strong organizational and time management skills • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Smartsheet, preferred • Willingness to travel 10–50% as needed, including potentially weekly site visits • Ability to work multi-shift schedules when required for active retail locations • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive or proprietary project information
