📋 Description

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care through teletherapy for women navigating their reproductive journeys • Maintain 29 hours of calendar availability per week • Complete approximately 20–21 patient sessions per week, with at least 5 open slots after 4pm • Work during standard business hours from 8am–8pm, with at least 20% of weekday appointments available after 4pm • Participate in individual and group clinical consultation and the monthly clinical team meeting • Deliver the Seven Starling Care Model using evidence-based modalities including CBT, ACT, IPT, and attachment-based approaches • Create and maintain high-quality documentation and treatment plans • Collaborate with the clinical team in a feedback-rich environment • Contribute to company-wide initiatives aligned with personal interests

🎯 Requirements

• Independently licensed in North Carolina (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, Psychologist) • North Carolina license required; preference given to candidates holding at least 2 additional licenses • At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in perinatal, menopausal health, or women’s mental health • Strong grounding in evidence-based modalities and trauma-informed care • Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, EHRs, and telehealth best practices • Commitment to a collaborative team model with shared consultation and continuous learning • Passion for Seven Starling’s mission and eagerness to contribute to a growing, dynamic company • Multi-state license is a plus • PMH-C is a plus • Availability for 29 hours per week, including weekday appointments between 8am and 8pm and approximately 5 appointments after 4pm
