📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive, holistic psychiatric care to perinatal, perimenopausal, and menopausal patients through a fully remote telehealth model • Practice within a care model that prioritizes clinical quality and collaboration with the client’s Seven Starling therapist • This is a 1099 contract, expected to average up to 5-10 hours a week • Conduct 60 minute intake and 20-30 minute follow ups using your clinical judgment to determine appropriate session length • Adapt and grow with an early-stage startup environment, contributing to evolving workflows and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Active Board Certified AR (Arkansas) PMHNP license in good standing • Priority given to candidates who hold at least 3 additional state licenses in our open | coming soon markets • (Arizona, California, Colorado, DC/District of Columbia, Floridia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin) | (Alabama, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Oregon, Washington) • RN Compact licensure preferred • No DEA required (We do not prescribe controlled substances) • Minimum one year experience as a PMHNP working with the perinatal population • 6+ months working in telehealth • Solid understanding of mood and anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions and psychiatric care considerations during the perinatal and perimenopausal/menopausal period • Grounded in evidence based practices to inform treatment plans and guiding clinical care • Empathetic and intuitive listener with strong verbal and written communication • Adaptable and motivated to grow within an early-stage startup, contributing to evolving workflows while maintaining high quality mental health care • Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, electronic health records, and google suite, as well as an eagerness to learn new programs efficiently
