• Connect with people who have requested information about coverage; no cold calling • Understand clients' needs and present suitable life insurance options • Guide clients through the application process • Follow up and maintain client relationships • Use the provided CRM to track activity and manage the work week • Build and potentially lead a team within the agency

🎯 Requirements

• Live in Pennsylvania • Authorized to work in the U.S. • Clear communication and a willingness to learn • Able to stay organized and manage your daily activity • Comfortable working independently, with support • Willing to get a Pennsylvania life and health insurance license (we'll help) • A Pennsylvania resident life and health insurance license is required before working with clients • No prior experience is needed • Must be willing to work as a 1099 independent contractor paid 100% on commission
