📋 Description

• Contact warm leads to schedule appointments • Help families review coverage options and apply for protection • Support applications through underwriting until families are fully covered • Serve approximately 3–5 families per week • Focus on service rather than cold prospecting through warm, inbound leads

🎯 Requirements

• Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one • Must be a U.S. citizen • Computer and phone to service clients • Reliable internet connection • Comfortable working independently in a performance-based environment • Comfortable with 100% commission-based income • Disciplined and accountable • Honest and confident in communication • Passionate about helping families make sound financial decisions • Willing to grow into leadership over time • Occasional travel may be required for in-person conferences and leadership events
