📋 Description

• Lead and scale SharkNinja’s Amazon business across the United States and Canada. • Report to the Global General Manager, Pure Players. • Drive the Americas P&L, including revenue, margin, contribution, and market share. • Develop and execute marketplace strategy across 1P and 3P/DTC models, including channel mix, category prioritization, assortment architecture, and launch sequencing. • Build and defend investment cases for categories, media, content, pricing, and headcount. • Surface strategic trade-offs between near-term delivery and long-term growth. • Lead joint business planning with senior Amazon leadership. • Own POS growth, market share, gross margin accretion, negotiations, and terms strategy with Amazon. • Own demand forecasting, inventory planning, trade spend management, margin-to-contribution targets, KPIs, reviews, and dashboards. • Own retail media strategy and budget, including Amazon Ads and Gross Vendor Funding. • Own content and conversion, including detail page quality, A+ content, brand store experience, imaging, video, and reviews strategy. • Drive funnel performance across traffic, conversion rate, ASP, AOV, retention, and LTV. • Ensure global brand strategy is executed with local sharpness. • Lead analytics and data science, establish a governed single source of truth, and shorten the insight-to-action loop. • Advance an AI-native operating model using automation and AI. • Build and lead a cross-functional Americas e-commerce pod spanning Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Media, Content, Analytics, Finance, and Supply Chain. • Hire, develop, and manage talent; address underperformance early. • Elevate organizational capability across the U.S. and Canada. • Represent SharkNinja to Amazon leadership across the U.S. and Canada. • Influence C-suite stakeholders through financial storytelling, strategic recommendations, and performance transparency. • Translate channel insights into regional and global growth strategies. • Navigate complex negotiations and trade-offs. • Lead cross-channel initiatives supporting Pure Players performance and broader retail and e-commerce partnerships.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. • 12+ years of progressive e-commerce or digital-first commercial leadership, including P&L ownership at significant scale. • Demonstrated record of growth and share gain in a large, digital-first business against well-resourced, capable competition. • Direct, hands-on experience managing the Amazon marketplace at scale in North America; experience across both Amazon.com and Amazon.ca preferred. • Proven command of both 1P (Vendor) and 3P/DTC models and the economics that separate them. • Experience leading broad, cross-functional e-commerce organizations spanning sales, operations, marketing, and analytics. • Experience building or scaling an analytics and data science capability in service of commercial decision-making. • Deep understanding of demand forecasting, inventory planning, working capital efficiency, trade and marketing spend management, marginal return on investment, margin and contribution profitability, traffic, conversion, ASP, AOV, retention, LTV optimization, retail media strategy, and content-to-conversion execution. • Exceptional negotiation skills and executive-level communication capability, with credibility in front of a C-suite and a platform partner alike. • Strong analytical and financial acumen. • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and marketplace analytics tools. • High emotional intelligence and ability to lead an organization through sustained change. • Track record of outperformance at scale and P&L ownership. • Experience on a platform you do not control. • Fluency in unit economics and contribution margin. • Ability to make decisions with incomplete information. • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and own business results.
