β’ Help create and refine content for our library of training, our LMS, and coaching resources β’ Deliver top-quality skills-building and informational in-person and virtual training to staff β’ Collect, synthesize, and act on feedback from staff being trained to continually improve your skills and our Training Department β’ Find training solutions to staff challenges and opportunities based on data and anecdotal reports β’ Report to and be a thought partner to the Training team to create training content, facilitate live and virtual training, and coach or problem-solve with staff
β’ At least one cycle of campaign experience, preferably in a staff or volunteer training capacity β’ Extremely organized, structured, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and processes β’ Versatile and eager to learn new skills β’ Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, collegial attitude β’ Ability to think and act creatively and flexibly in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment β’ Ability and willingness to maintain a flexible work schedule, which can be expected to require 40+ hours per week during peak times in the summer and fall, and may include evenings and weekends β’ Must possess a cell phone, laptop, and reliable internet β’ Familiarity with Google Suite and NGP VAN is preferred β’ Essential Requirements: Quiet and private dedicated remote workspace
