📋 Description

• Receive incoming calls from cardholders to verify suspicious debit card activity • Initiate outbound calls to cardholders to verify suspicious debit card activity • Learn and use the fraud case management capabilities of the fraud detection system • Identify emerging fraud trends • Assist in mitigating fraudulent transaction activity • Interact professionally and respectfully with internal and external customers • Work 2nd shift, Tuesday–Saturday, 1 p.m.–10 p.m.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in banking, financial services, or fraud detection is helpful but not required • Demonstrated reliability and dependability in a metrics-driven environment • Ability to work in a fast-paced inbound and outbound call center environment • Positive and professional attitude • Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuous improvement and reaching goals • Experience using Microsoft Office • Ability to multitask using multiple computer screens • Ability to talk and type while on the phone with cardholders and financial institutions • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
