📋 Description

• Serve as the Shibumi solution expert across client engagements • Configure Shibumi applications and solutions using proven implementation methodologies to address client business requirements • Translate client business artifacts and requirements into Shibumi solution structures and templates • Use AI tools daily to analyze data, prepare for client conversations, and address client configuration requests • Verify AI output and protect client data • Provide pre-sales support, including customized demonstrations, RFX responses, marketing collateral, and training collateral • Balance multiple ongoing engagements at different stages • Manage expectations of internal and external stakeholders • Coach, train, and mentor Shibumi customers and partners • Enable customers and partners to independently maintain solutions after implementation • Drive awareness, adoption, delivery, and implementation of the Shibumi platform and solutions • Report to the Solutions Architect

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • Excellent analytical and communication skills • Strong background with Excel and PowerPoint • Broad technical knowledge, including basic data modeling; analyzing and visualizing data in Excel or other tools; designing web-based layouts to present information to end users; understanding software in corporate environments; and approaches for integrating between software platforms • Hands-on, demonstrated experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot • Ability to verify AI output and protect client data • Previous experience working at an Advisory Firm, as a team member on business improvement/transformation programs, or in a Solution Consulting role at a technology company • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively • Ability to work collaboratively and independently • Ability to develop strong relationships with internal team members, external clients, and partners • Ability to work with remote team members • Ability and flexibility to support a global client base
