📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive clinical reviews, monitor patient adherence, and recommend evidence‑based therapeutic adjustments to improve outcomes across oncology and other specialty disease states. • Lead daily workflow, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee support staff, resolve insurance and authorization barriers, and drive productivity and process‑improvement initiatives. • Deliver direct clinical interventions, coordinate with healthcare teams, contribute to protocol development and research, and maintain ongoing professional education to support high‑quality patient care.

🎯 Requirements

• Hold a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) • Must be a licensed pharmacist in California • 1+ years experience as a clinical pharmacist (preferred) • Strong communication, organization, and tech skills • Empathy, integrity, and a team-first mindset
