📋 Description
• Drive key workstreams within large-scale implementation projects • Partner with hospital leaders and cross-functional teams to execute program launches • Build project plans, track progress, and keep teams aligned • Facilitate meetings and push decisions forward • Evaluate workflows and help design more efficient processes • Support system implementations and coordinate across IT, operations, and clinical teams
🎯 Requirements
• 2–5 years in consulting, healthcare operations, or project-based roles • Strong project management and problem-solving skills • Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes
