📋 Description

• Lead and manage a team of Patient Support Associates • Provide coaching, performance management, and development • Support hiring, onboarding, and training • Motivate team members in both remote and onsite environments • Ensure medication access through refills, prior authorizations, and financial assistance • Manage support across hospitals/clinics to ensure timely patient care • Maintain service level goals and quality standards • Oversee pharmacy workflows (claims, deliveries, coordination of care) • Conduct system audits and manage workflow efficiency • Partner with hospital stakeholders through regular meetings • Lead team meetings, track performance, and identify improvements • Collaborate cross-functionally on projects and process enhancements • Manage PTO, timekeeping, and reporting • Coordinate training and system access • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive healthcare data

🎯 Requirements

• Active Pharmacy Technician registration + CPhT certification • 3+ years pharmacy technician experience (specialty preferred) • Leadership experience • High School Diploma or GED required • Bachelor's degree (preferred or in progress) • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills • Ability to influence and collaborate across teams • Operational and project management expertise • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word • Experience with pharmacy/EMR systems (Willow, QS1, RX30 a plus) • Highly organized, patient-focused, and detail-oriented
