📋 Description

• Provide compassionate, knowledgeable assistance to patients, providers, and staff • Make outbound refill calls and process requests promptly • Answer and triage incoming pharmacy calls • Clarify prescription orders with pharmacists or clinicians • Coordinate medication refills and complete accurate data entry • Assist with claim adjudication and troubleshoot rejected claims • Support the pharmacy team by ensuring accurate, timely filling and delivery of specialty medications • Assist patients through the refill process and help maintain efficient pharmacy operations

🎯 Requirements

• State-registered (Mississippi) Pharmacy Technician; CPhT preferred • 2+ years of experience as a pharmacy technician • High School Diploma or GED • Strong communication, organization, and tech skills • Empathy, integrity, and a team-first mindset • Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) • Ability to navigate the internet and web-based platforms • Data entry and computer skills will be evaluated through a pre-employment assessment
