📋 Description

• Collect sealed shipments from designated locations, airports, airline facilities, or Mercury service partners • Maintain continuous possession and chain of custody throughout assignments • Travel with shipments on scheduled commercial flights • Verify shipment labels, documentation, seals, and piece counts at collection and delivery • Follow assignment-specific handling, security, temperature-control, and communication requirements • Complete airline check-in, security screening, customs, and immigration procedures as applicable • Provide milestone updates covering collection, airport arrival, check-in, departure, arrival, customs clearance, and final delivery • Report delays, missed connections, damaged packaging, temperature concerns, customs issues, and other exceptions immediately • Safeguard shipping documents and confidential information • Deliver shipments to authorized recipients and obtain proof of delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience in aviation, logistics, international travel, healthcare logistics, or other onboard courier services • Valid passport with sufficient remaining validity for international travel • Ability to travel domestically and internationally on short notice • Legal ability to enter countries required for accepted assignments • Reliable transportation to and from the originating airport • Dependable smartphone with international calling, messaging, email, and data capabilities • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow shipment-specific instructions • Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions during delays or travel disruptions • Professional appearance and customer-service mindset • Ability to navigate airports, airline terminals, customs facilities, and public transportation independently • Availability throughout long or irregular travel itineraries • Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver shipments weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable assistance • Ability to adjust to flight changes, overnight travel, weekends, holidays, and changing time zones • Compliance with airline, airport, customs, immigration, and security requirements
