📋 Description

• Owns the strategy and execution of how we bring our products to market and communicate our value to customers. • Leads positioning and go-to-market efforts across Shippo's platform. • Operates as a key strategic partner to Product, Sales, and GTM Marketing—driving alignment across teams and shaping how the market understands and engages with Shippo. • Drives meaningful business outcomes—from product adoption and pipeline contribution to competitive differentiation and market perception. • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure new capabilities translate into measurable customer and business outcomes. • Defines and tracks success metrics for product marketing initiatives, using adoption, engagement, and pipeline data to identify opportunities and inform strategy. • Helps build the PMM function from the ground up: establish launch playbooks, research cadences, and enablement frameworks that scale as the team grows.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS or an adjacent complex-operations B2B category. • Proven track record of independently owning and executing go-to-market strategy for complex, multi-audience products. • Deep experience leading product launches and GTM initiatives end-to-end, with demonstrated impact on adoption, pipeline, or revenue outcomes. • Experience leading customer research programs, competitive intelligence efforts, and translating market insight into strategic positioning and product direction. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop executive-level narratives, market presentations, and cross-functional alignment materials. • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with demonstrated ability to influence without authority across Product, Growth, Sales, and senior stakeholders. • Demonstrated ability to drive product adoption, activation, and feature usage at a strategic level—not just through individual campaigns but through cohesive, insight-driven programs. • Comfort operating with high autonomy in a fast-moving, high-growth environment with multiple audiences and product surfaces. • Experience marketing AI, automation, or agentic products is strongly preferred. • Experience marketing developer or API products is a strong plus. Bonus Experience Direct experience in e-commerce, logistics, or shipping technology a plus.
