📋 Description

• Convert Leads into Loyal Customers: Engage with prospects to turn them into satisfied, repeat customers. • Respond to Inquiries: Answer incoming calls and handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally. • Follow Up with Customers: Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, confirm sales appointments, and maintain customer engagement. • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Assist customers via phone, text, and email, and accurately record their information in our systems. • Update Customer Data: Track and update customer information throughout the sales funnel to ensure accurate and effective management.

🎯 Requirements

• You must live in: California, Arkansas, Oklahoma, or Washington. • You have reliable high-speed internet connection. • You are available to work on weekends. • You have a high school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred. • You are comfortable learning and using various software platforms, including Salesforce, Five9, and Hatch. • You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. • You enjoy working in a fast pace, team environment. • You have a high attention to detail in data entry and customer interactions. • You have the ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
