📋 Description

• Contact assigned clients by phone, text, and email, in English and Spanish, to schedule telemedicine visits and MRI appointments • Coordinate with providers and imaging facilities to find openings that work for the client • Send appointment reminders and check in with clients on the day of their appointments • Follow up on missed or canceled appointments and reschedule promptly • Confirm appointments were completed and document outcomes in FileVine • Communicate status updates and hand-offs to the Client Representative and Case Management teams • Keep clear, accurate, timely notes on every client interaction • Handle sensitive conversations with patience and empathy • Schedule and follow through on clients’ telemedicine visits and MRI appointments • Do not provide medical advice or participate in other treatment

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent or native proficiency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) required • 1+ years of experience in the medical field required; this could be scheduling, patient access, call center, or customer service work • Strong phone presence: warm, patient, and professional with anxious or frustrated callers • Excellent organization and follow-up • Comfort learning new software and managing a high volume of scheduling tasks • Ability to protect confidential client and health information • High school diploma or equivalent • Personal computer equipment is required
