📋 Description

• Work with the Global Trade team on customs and compliance tasks and projects • Assist in preparing export invoices • Assist in implementing import and export global procedures • Work with other departments to maintain documentation compliant with U.S. Customs regulations, including Country of Origin certificates and HTSUS codes • Enter information correctly in SAP when applicable • Assist with the Post Entry Audit process and reconciliation of entries • Assist with duty drawback • Maintain reporting compliant with ACS reconciliation • Work with brokers, agents, and other third parties to resolve problems and clarify questions • Assist in implementing additional reporting for costing or reconciliations • Participate in meetings with the Global Compliance Trade team • Assist in controlling product marking accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• Attaining a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field • Able to use professional concepts and apply company policies/procedures to work on problems/issues of moderate scope • Able to analyze situations or data requiring review of a variety of factors • Able to exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices • MS Word and Excel experience required • Strong analytical skills • Strong time management and organization abilities • Good written and verbal communication skills • Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis • Shure will not sponsor applicants for work visas
