📋 Description

• The Interventional Development Manager/Senior Manager is a strategic field-based role responsible for supporting interventional pain adoption across all regions with a focus on select regions. • This individual will focus on advancing key interventional initiatives including physician training, field education, case support, and society engagement. • The IDM will serve as a critical link between market development, the field sales team, professional education, and targeted interventional providers to accelerate adoption and successful utilization of SI-BONE technologies, products, and procedural techniques. • This role is ideal for experienced TRs with deep knowledge of interventional pain or an external candidate with proven success in interventional device markets. • Travel Requirements: 30-50%

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field (required) • 5+ years of experience in medical device, preferably within interventional pain or spine • Strong clinical acumen with experience supporting procedures in an OR or ASC environment • Proven track record in physician training and/or sales enablement • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills • Willingness to travel regionally (up to 60%)
