📋 Description

• Define the community strategy for an emerging AI product • Define the target community, member value proposition, and growth model • Build a valuable, trusted, and well-run home for highly engaged users • Develop ambassador, advocate, and power-user programs • Design and test engagement programs • Create scalable programs and toolkits for member-led events and meetups • Partner with social, brand, and creative teams to amplify community creations • Drive adoption in new markets through community-led outreach • Explore AI-enabled personalized and scalable community experiences • Partner with growth teams on referral and invite mechanics • Identify creators, advocates, and early adopters producing compelling content • Turn community participation into advocacy, referrals, and organic growth • Analyze community behavior, engagement data, and experimentation results • Feed user stories, use cases, and emerging behaviors to marketing and product teams • Test, learn, and scale community programs • Translate user behavior, feedback, AI use cases, requests, and friction into Product and Engineering insights • Identify actual product uses and unexpected behaviors • Build feedback loops between early adopters and product roadmap teams • Own community health metrics including activity, retention, sentiment, advocacy, and community-driven growth • Combine qualitative feedback with participation and behavioral data • Ensure effective product-to-community and community-to-product feedback paths

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience across community, social, developer relations, creator programs, product advocacy, or related areas • Experience supporting at least one consumer technology product at meaningful scale • Experience building an ambassador, advocate, creator, or superuser program from the ground up • Experience taking community programs from idea to launch, testing what works, and iterating quickly • Strong interest in artificial intelligence and AI products • Experience building community around an AI, generative AI, emerging technology, or highly technical product strongly preferred • Experience engaging early adopters or technically curious users around rapidly evolving products ideally • Experience scaling an online community through automation, community roles, governance, escalation paths, and scalable processes • Strong analytical instincts and ability to use community behavior, engagement data, and qualitative feedback to inform strategy • Ability to translate community insights into actionable recommendations for Product and Engineering • Strong writing skills and authentic voice • Understanding of internet culture and human-centered communication • Comfort operating in an early-stage environment • Track record of building trust as a core part of the community experience • Direct experience with AI, generative AI, AI-powered consumer products, AI agents, or emerging technology communities nice to have • Experience launching or managing beta, early-access, or design-partner programs nice to have • Experience with highly engaged early adopters and translating feedback into product insights nice to have • Experience using AI, automation, or personalization to improve community engagement or operations nice to have • Experience building community internationally nice to have • Experience with creator-led or user-generated content ecosystems nice to have • Experience working with a product built around a distinct character, identity, or persona nice to have
