📋 Description

• Analyze and consult on dedicated technologies and supporting technology processes • Advise and assist customers using healthcare operations and performance improvement expertise • Drive efficiency in health system processes while improving quality and reducing cost • Analyze customer business requirements in complex healthcare environments • Apply data and workflow process knowledge to enable operational and clinical objectives • Manage customer engagements to drive measurable, sustainable improvements in clinical, operational, and financial outcomes • Lead project teams and conduct customer status checks against plans and timelines • Prepare and present project status reports • Assist in sales support interactions

🎯 Requirements

• Clinical license/credentials with a Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Healthcare related field • Advanced degree in a related business, management, communications, or clinical healthcare field preferred • Minimum 8-10 years of combined clinical and administrative experience in a healthcare setting working with multiple stakeholders • Significant leadership experience in hospital or healthcare provider organizations, with responsibility for imaging, invasive cardiology, procedural, or surgical services • Project/program management and/or consulting experience in a healthcare performance improvement environment • Applied understanding of analytics, workflow optimization, and clinical pathways • Working knowledge of current trends in healthcare • Knowledge of healthcare economics, budgeting process, and financial planning • Professional oral and written presentation skills in the customer environment • Team and customer orientation • Good PC skills, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook • Process improvement experience; Lean/Continuous Improvement background preferred • Willingness to travel up to 60% • Must meet applicable client Vendor Credentialing requirements, which may include valid identification, criminal background checks, drug screens, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training • Must be able to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law
