• Provide technical EHS guidance to Real Estate, Facilities, and project teams to ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local environmental, health, and safety regulations • Interpret and communicate OSHA, EPA, and company EHS requirements to project teams, contractors, and facility leadership • Maintain current knowledge of evolving EHS regulations and ensure alignment with Siemens Healthineers standards and directives • Support regulatory compliance across construction projects, facility operations, and contractor-managed work • Partner with Real Estate Project Managers and site teams to integrate EHS requirements into construction and facilities-related projects • Review project-specific EHS plans to ensure compliance with company standards, contractual requirements, and applicable regulations • Assist with planning, implementing, and monitoring EHS requirements throughout the project lifecycle • Support contractor prequalification, onboarding, oversight, and project closeout activities • Monitor contractor coordination on active project sites and identify hazards associated with contractor interactions and multi-employer worksites • Conduct site inspections, audits, and assessments to evaluate contractor compliance and safety performance • Identify workplace hazards and recommend appropriate engineering controls, administrative controls, and personal protective measures • Partner with Project and Facility Managers to develop incident prevention strategies and improve workplace safety • Support incident investigations, root cause analyses, corrective action planning, and lessons learned • Ensure incident reporting complies with OSHA recordkeeping requirements where applicable • Support compliance with environmental regulations related to waste management, hazardous materials, spill prevention, and environmental protection • Prepare and support internal and external EHS reporting requirements • Analyze EHS performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement • Deliver EHS training and awareness programs for employees, contractors, and project teams
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or a related field preferred • Minimum of 3 years of Environmental, Health & Safety experience supporting construction, facility management, contractor-managed work, or capital projects in a regulated environment • Working knowledge of OSHA regulations (29 CFR 1910 and 1926), EPA regulations, and construction safety practices • Experience conducting site inspections, audits, hazard assessments, and incident investigations • Ability to provide technical EHS guidance across multiple project teams and stakeholders • Five or more years of EHS experience supporting construction, facilities, real estate, manufacturing, laboratory, healthcare, or other regulated environments preferred • Demonstrated experience managing contractors, including prequalification, onboarding, field oversight, safety documentation review, and corrective action follow-up • Professional certifications such as OSHA 30, CHST, ASP, CSP, or equivalent construction safety certification preferred
