📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Project Managers • Oversee delivery of a large volume of hardware and software capital equipment projects • Coordinate team projects and assign resources to manage workload • Identify and manage escalated risks and coordinate mitigation plans across the cross-functional organization • Monitor operational trends and ensure timely execution of assigned projects • Champion a strong customer experience mindset • Adhere to and model the company’s cultural beliefs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience • Previous leadership or Project Manager experience, ideally in the MedTech industry • Strong business acumen • Willingness to travel approximately 10–15% for customer visits, training, or in-person meetings • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Self-motivated, team-oriented individual with strong organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving • Ability to collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders • Must meet applicable client Vendor Credentialing requirements, which may include valid identification, criminal background checks, drug screens, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training • Must be able to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law
