📋 Description

• Leading customer implementations as a project clinical lead • Drive the project towards customer business objectives through clinical workflow analysis and optimization • Assist customers in developing best practice clinical operations with focus on patient outcomes • Evaluate business processes, recommend changes, and document processes • Identify problems and training needs, and deploy solutions • Support product training and implementation through defined processes and training

🎯 Requirements

• RN with at least 3 years of direct patient care experience in an oncology setting • Experience in Medical Oncology (MO) and Radiation Oncology (RO) preferred • Outpatient clinic experience strongly preferred • Product knowledge to translate products and services into solutions • Industry knowledge from a commercial, clinical, and healthcare executive perspective • Organizational acumen/skills • Verbal and written communication skills • Presentation skills • BSN or equivalent combination of education and experience • OCN or equivalent certification • 5+ years combined experience with Oncology setting and Healthcare Technology vendor(s)
