• Lead scalable growth by translating healthcare software capabilities into measurable customer value • Drive software adoption, operational integration, retention, and expansion across complex, multi-stakeholder accounts in North America • Lead complex software expansion opportunities across North America • Develop and execute tailored account strategies aligned with customer business needs, software capabilities, and value realization goals • Apply healthcare market and competitive insights, including pressures facing integrated delivery networks, to shape expansion strategies • Develop communication and engagement strategies for stakeholder alignment and strategic customer relationships • Build repeatable, scalable growth and expansion motions and reusable go-to-market/customer-expansion playbooks • Partner with regional leadership, territory sales, customer success managers, technical sales managers, and AOS teams to identify and prioritize expansion opportunities • Support CSMs and TSMs with account execution and technical solution positioning • Drive cross-functional engagement across sales, product, services, and finance • Develop and manage strategic external partnerships and ecosystem relationships • Anticipate adoption, integration, scalability, infrastructure, data-flow, and cybersecurity challenges • Contribute to business cases for new offerings, integrations, and market expansion • Interpret healthcare trends, market pressures, and customer adoption strategies to inform software positioning • Drive risk-aware expansion within clinical, regulatory, and patient-impact constraints using staged rollouts • Track adoption, expansion pipeline, and renewal health across key accounts • Contribute to quarterly performance reviews, forecasts, and leadership business updates • Influence complex sales cycles and enterprise account strategy through collaboration and business acumen • Turn ambiguity into executable roadmaps across clinical, IT, finance, commercial, and customer-success stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field • 10+ years of experience in healthcare software sales, enterprise software, SaaS, or digital health, focused on large, complex accounts • Proven ability to partner with consulting, customer success, and technical sales teams to drive adoption and expansion • Experience contributing to forecasts, account planning, and performance metrics in a matrixed environment • Strong influencing skills in matrixed, cross-functional settings • Deep understanding of software adoption lifecycles and enterprise account dynamics • Deep understanding of healthcare IT strategies, technology lifecycles, and interfacing/integration strategies • Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Analytical thinking and ability to translate data into actionable insights • Negotiation, pricing/packaging, and business-case development for multi-year engagements • Working fluency in software architecture, cloud, AI-enabled capabilities, and delivery mechanics • Valid driver’s license in the state of residence • No prior DUI/DWI convictions, pending DUI/DWI charges, or other serious moving violations, unless prohibited by state/local law • Must satisfy applicable Vendor Credentialing requirements for full client-site access, which may include valid identification, criminal background checks, drug screens, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training • Must be able to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law
