📋 Description

• Build new physician, hospital, and health system relationships throughout your territory. • Develop new accounts while expanding utilization within existing customers. • Execute strategic territory business plans designed to exceed sales objectives. • Drive adoption of innovative technologies through clinical expertise, education, and consultative selling. • Partner with physicians and healthcare teams to improve procedural outcomes and patient care. • Lead product launches and commercial initiatives across your territory. • Collaborate closely with Clinical Specialists, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales Operations, and Sales Leadership. • Analyze market opportunities, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify new growth opportunities. • Deliver exceptional customer experiences before, during, and after every sale. • Represent Siemens Healthineers with the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and customer commitment. • Travel approximately 40–50% within the assigned territory.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience. • Demonstrated success in medical device sales, healthcare sales, or other complex consultative sales environments. • Experience selling capital equipment, disposable technologies, or clinically sophisticated products preferred. • Proven ability to develop new business while growing existing customer relationships. • Strong business acumen and territory planning skills. • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. • Ability to learn complex clinical technologies and effectively communicate their value to physicians and healthcare executives. • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other business productivity tools.
