📋 Description

• Apply understanding of the current healthcare environment and Siemens portfolio of products and services to develop customized solutions for customers interested in strategic, long-term partnerships • Lead a broader, matrixed team to grow relationships, optimize and present solutions, and drive toward partnership contracts • Lead collaboration efforts as solutions extend horizontally across Siemens business units, people, processes, and technology • Engage with the North American and Global Enterprise Services team to stay current on the portfolio and evolving customer needs • Proactively target, engage, advance, and advise customers • Develop and maintain a funnel of potential customers and active projects • Create and share successful practices with Value Partnership Solutions Architects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the field of medical technology or healthcare operations • Knowledge of the healthcare industry including current trends, challenges and regulatory activity which may affect Siemens customers • Knowledge of financial models and solutions geared towards customer specific situations • Ability to confidently engage with senior executives in the healthcare setting • Executive Level presentation skills with compelling content, messaging, creativity, collaboration, and communication skills • Deep understanding of healthcare technology, digital platforms and their impact supporting the workflow in a healthcare institution • Willingness and flexibility to travel within the region of coverage and occasionally beyond • Sales experience is a plus • Willing to travel within assigned territory up to 30% • Ability to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law
