📋 Description

• Apply knowledge of the healthcare environment and Siemens portfolio to develop customized solutions for customers interested in strategic, long-term partnerships • Lead a broader, matrixed team to grow relationships, optimize and present solutions, and drive toward partnership contracts • Lead collaboration across Siemens business units, people, processes, and technology • Engage with North American and Global Enterprise Services teams regarding the portfolio, market, and evolving customer needs • Proactively target, engage, advance, and advise customers • Develop and maintain a funnel of potential customers and active projects • Create and share successful practices with Value Partnership Solutions Architects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the field of medical technology or healthcare operations • Knowledge of the healthcare industry, including current trends, challenges and regulatory activity • Knowledge of financial models and solutions geared towards customer-specific situations • Ability to confidently engage with senior executives in the healthcare setting • Executive-level presentation skills with compelling content, messaging, creativity, collaboration, and communication skills • Deep understanding of healthcare technology, digital platforms and their impact on healthcare workflows • Willingness and flexibility to travel within the region of coverage and occasionally beyond • Willing to travel within assigned territory up to 30% • Sales experience is a plus
