📋 Description

• Schedule and conduct on-site High Value Property Surveys. • Coordinate and complete surveys within your own schedule. • Manage work assignments you accept and timely completion of web-based reports. • Visit properties, take photos and measurements, and make note of issues which should be brought to the underwriter’s attention.

🎯 Requirements

• Prior underwriting experience desirable. • Prior inspection experience on residential homes desirable. • Loss control experience desirable. • Construction experience desired, but not required. • BA or BS degree desired, but not required. • Must have smartphone, tablet and personal computer. • A late model reliable vehicle and Auto and General Liability Insurance. • High speed internet, Digital Camera or Smart phone with 16mp camera or greater, measuring devices such as: laser, soft tape measure, or measuring wheel.
