📋 Description

• Support projects of various sizes, complexity, and duration • Define project scope in collaboration with senior project managers • Drive AI-first modernization using Signet’s AI platforms and foundations • Create, monitor, analyze, and report on tech modernization metrics; recommend improvements or course corrections • Maintain an up-to-date and accurate CMDB system reflecting Signet’s application and infrastructure portfolio • Create detailed work plans and sequence project activities • Determine required resources, including time, money, and equipment • Review and revise project schedules with senior project managers and affected staff • Prepare meeting materials, presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and other project information • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conference calls, and events • Collaborate with business and IT teams on project onboarding activities • Ensure deliverables are on time, within budget, and at the required quality level • Evaluate project outcomes against the planning phase objectives • Conduct project closure activities, including final reporting, lessons learned, knowledge transfer, and documentation • Document, track, and monitor risks and issues • Support multiple projects simultaneously • Manage large projects of varying complexity • Deliver against approved project scope, budget, and schedule

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience • Experience in project management from conception to delivery • Certifications a plus • Ability to recognize and address areas needing improvement • Ability to contribute appropriate time and effort to work needing attention • Attention to detail with focus on accurate and timely results • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and respond effectively to competing needs • Responsiveness to customer needs and concerns • Strong customer service orientation • Ability to contribute to team effort and individual achievement • Ability to manage large projects of varying complexity
