📋 Description
• Coordinate pre-screening referrals, patient admission process, and PPS to the Acute Rehabilitation Center • Coordinate the Acute Rehabilitation admission, referral, and PPS systems • Assist with coverage during staff shortages • Assist with staff training
🎯 Requirements
• Associate's Degree in Nursing • Current Illinois Registered Nurse License • 5 years of technical experience • BLS preferred
