• Demonstrated experience editing longform nonfiction, academic, or research-oriented content • Strong command of grammar, style, and clarity • Ability to preserve an author's voice while improving readability • Familiarity with Sikh history, tradition, or related fields • Familiarity with SikhRI content and voice
