📋 Description
• Handle 100+ calls/day • Assist with scheduling office/lab/nurse appointments • Take detailed messages based on providers' written protocols • Use independent thinking to determine urgent vs routine matters
🎯 Requirements
• Call Center/Front Desk experience preferred • High school diploma required • Prior experience and in-depth knowledge of insurance preferred • Excellent interpersonal skills • Exceptional customer service skills • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities • Excellent verbal communication skills • Ability to use personal computers and select software applications
